Cooking on a plancha
While it's very easy to use, not everyone will be the « King of the Plancha » on the first try.
No matter the model chosen, the most important thing is to master its cooking technique; and for this, there are rules.
- A stainless steel plate has different cooking zones, ideal for cooking food that should not be cooked at high temperatures.
- An enamelled cast-iron plate has even heat distribution, so be careful not to cook all foods the same way.
